As I've explored the reviews from visitors, a common theme emerges: the sheer size of the portions. This makes Bocca Bistro not just a dinner destination, but also an affordable one.

It’s the little things, like the owner checking in on guests, that add a personal touch to your visit. The atmosphere is relaxed, making it a great place to unwind and enjoy great food at your own pace.

And if you're looking for lighter options during lunch, the lunchtime pasta specials are a fantastic choice, as highlighted by Kevin Hale. The garlic knots are a must-try; large and soft, they exceed expectations with their rich flavor, proving to be a highlight for many diners.

In conclusion, Bocca Bistro is more than just a restaurant; it’s a community hub where flavors and friendships thrive. My husband and I went for an early dinner. I got the baked spaghetti and it was AMAZING!! I wasn't expecting it to be as big as it was. We definitely could've split it. My husband got Arancini as his main course and it was really good!! The salads were nice and cold and the ranch was the good restaurant style ranch. The garlic knots were fantastic as well. The service could have been a little better but all in all, it was a good experience. Definitely will be back when we're back in town!!

The food was very authentic Italian! The prices were exceptional because each meal was at least two servings. Service was excellent. Will definitely be back again.

Took the family for dinner and was pleasantly surprised to find this diamond in the rough (i.e. in a strip mall). Authentic Italian American fare and service. If you’re in a rush then let your server know. Otherwise, expect an Italian dinner experience where you come, you sit, you talk, and you enjoy the company you’re with and the venue you’re in. The owner / chef might pass by to say hello and check in on you as well. See comments in the pics but the food was delicious, the portions ridiculously huge that each plate had a take home box. Price is quite fair for the large portions. Friendly atmosphere and service. This is in my favorites for the next time we visit Boone. And if you’re a Bills fan you’ll be right at home.

I have only eaten here for lunch, so I can't speak to dinner options, but the lunch is amazing. Specifically, the lunch pasta specials (pasta, garlic knots, and soup or salad) are tasty and of great value. The portions are large and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend the lasagna. The star of the show, in opinion, are the garlic knots. I'm generally not a big garlic knot fan, but these are large, soft, and flavorful. Delicious! The service is also very good and the atmosphere is cozy. Overall, I highly recommend Bocca Bistro, especially for lunch.

The calzone was made to perfection with sweet Marinara sauce. The cheese fries and tomato soup was equally as delicious. Our waiter Jayden always was one step ahead keeping our drinks full, and very helpful. It’s a must for Italian food lovers.

Absolutely delicious and excellent service from Brenna. I went all out and started with an aperol spritz. I was worried when it didn't come in a wine type of glass or ice, but it was really good! Perfect balance of the aperol and prosecco and was a great start of my dinner. Next came 3 giant bolognese arancini, one if the several appetizer specials. My first bite and I was in heaven with the delicious marinara, creamy cheese and rice. I always expect little arancini balls, but these were the large more authentic size arancini, so a lot of food to share. I chose the house salad with balsamic and all of the veggies on top of a beautiful spring mix were fresh and tasty. For my main, I chose the baked pasta trio with the meat sauce. I'm going to dream about the garlic knots dipped with that meat sauce. The lasagna had some bites of delicious bits of crusty melted cheese, which was perfect with so many layers of creamy ricotta between the noodles and topped with the best meat sauce ever. The trio came with manicotti and spinach stuffed shells, all of which made for the perfect dish and excellent leftovers. I grabbed 3 flavors of cheesecake out of what seemed like endless options. Bailey's gingerbread, a chocolate pistachio cannoli cheesecake, and strawberry honeycomb. Needless to say, don't leave without a piece of cheesecake. The flavors, the creamy perfect texture of them were insanely good. Not only was the food perfect, but service was attentive and it was so great to have friendly service. Highly recommend Bocca Bistro when in Boone.

OMG! One of the best Italian places we’ve ever been so far! Food was delicious and the plates are ginormous! I had a angel hair with plum Alfredo sauce and chicken and bacon and feta cheese on top! The whole family were satisfied and we took a lot of food home for later! I loved this place! Definitely coming back!
